Question from a prospective bride, “when should I do my CoolSculpting in relation to my wedding?” So just like your wedding this is going to take some planning. It’s really going to depend on what kind of changes you’re expecting and how many sessions you’re planning to do. Almost all patients who do CoolSculpting benefit from the second session and that’s what the research shows, that’s the the data shows and that’s what my own experience has shown. So let’s say your wedding is three months away. Is that enough time? Ideally I’d like you to have a little bit more lead time before your wedding but you could definitely do it! You would do your first session three months ahead of your date and your second session would be one month later so two months head of your date and you should see results by your wedding!
You should see that improvement in the areas you want see. However, if I were to describe perfect timing it would actually be six months ahead of the event date. You would do your first CoolSculpting session then six weeks later do another do another putting yourself further ahead on the continuum and along with diet and exercise you will be in tiptop shape!
Although, we talk a lot about brides and oftentimes brides are the ones worrying about looking their best it’s more than just brides who are standing up at the aisle grooms are too. I think brides are a little hard on themselves and sometimes our grooms are just like – ‘hey, I’m going to just show up and here I come’ and cover up this up with a jacket or cummerbund but I think it’s worth talking to grooms about CoolSculpt as well.
